I needed food for 3 adults and 2 children asap and I needed it delivered, I love Pizza Hut pizza so I googled the closest one and tried to set up an account online. I wanted to do specific stuff to the pizzas and decided to just call it in. I asked for any coupons and the lady was nice and gave me the 2 large pizza special for my Laredo TX location. I placed the order and she tied it to the online account I had just set up. The food was delivered sooner than anticipated and the gentleman was nice and patient with all the dog barking ??Pizza was great and came in clutch!

I ordered a 8 ct boneless wings. There were 6 ct regular boneless wings, one half size boneless wing and some crumbs that I guess were counted as the other boneless wing. I was not in the mood to call the restaurant to address it because I was not willing to go back to the restaurant to get any replacements (in the case they were offered).

It's not often we have issues with this pizza hut, today we had an issue and were unsatisfied with the pizza we first received was dry and hard to chew, we called the store if anything could be done and they obliged. They replaced our pizza free of charge to ensure our satisfaction. The pizza received the second time was 100% what we expect of this pizza hut location. This will keep being our preferred pizza hut location!

Just left very upset from this pizza hut....to my surprise they don't have ice tea to dine in but they have it for carry out....very unbelivable they could not give us ice tea for dine in....

Pizza crust was under cooked. The pizza had 8 slices. Three people had 1 slice but did not finish the slice. We were STILL charged the pizza but with a discount. Why? Because according to the manager it counts as eating half the pizza
