The biscuit is the only thing that I would change. It was a little bit dry, I remembered them a little more moist.The chicken was on point. Crispy, no oil spilled after biting, right temperature.Wings too and the nuggets.The kids loved it.
I was a little disappointed with the chicken, to be honest, not that much chicken. I like the breading the most, which is bad for you. Lol. Also the fries are the best here. That Cajun taste is great! The biscuits here are great. The sweet , strawberry glazed biscuit wasn’t all that for $3, for 1. It really wasn’t really worth it. The rice & beans You can never go wrong here! The best. I usually go for the chicken sandwich…. Enjoy! Popeyes to me is the go-to for fast food...read full review

I've often visited both Bolillo's locations. Both offer great food and sevice. I particularly recommend the bakery! Best conchas in town... probably here and South Texas.Parking: Parking on the Saunders location can be difficult depending on the time of day... but deff worth the wait.
