Great service. I am not a yuppie, nor do i drink coffee anymore (long story) but I did get a Starbucks gift card for Christmas, so I took my 9 year old to get some hot chocolate. The service was impeccable and I even got to use a 7 year old gift card! They never expire! We got a.choclate chip cookie and a slice of lemon cake to send the sugar levels over the top! This location is definitely the better of the two main locations in Laredo. The people that work here are so much nicer and willing to help, but lately, I don’t know if they’re understaffed, or if they are struggling with management but it is taking over 30 minutes to get through the drive-through line! This has happened to me now 3 times. I don’t mind waiting a little bit but over 30 minutes is excessive. It sucks because I really do prefer to come here than the other location.

As a Starbucks goes, it's nice and functional. The coffee is usually good, unless their slammed, at which point the drinks are usually mediocre because they're trying to rush them out. They do have very, very limited seating indoors. I'd say only about 20 seats. They have more outdoors in a seating area, but it's too dang hot here in Laredo for that.
