I was waiting at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes before they said anything. I kept repeating hello over and over and they finally replied after 5 minutes and said un momento. After I placed my order, they asked me to park and wait. I waited for 20 minutes and noticed other people were getting their order before me and I only ordered ONE TACO! I got upset and got down to ask about my order and it was ready the whole time. They had forgotten to take my order. Horrible service.

I only ordered two breakfast tacos, and they took 30 minutes in the drive-thru. It is ridiculous. Pricing it outrageously is not the first time they do this. Taco Palenque is not like it used to be.

Really wish employees at the drive through window would not wrap your loose change in the paper receit when they hand your change to you out the awkward confined window space at the drive up window where you pick up your order, now I know firsthand how all the coins get scattered on the ground, my loose change fell out of the receit and went under my truck when the young girl handed me my food, receit, and loose change, I couldn't retrieve my change so after using alot of profanity, I just left it under my truck with the pile of change already there from other customers who had theirs fall out of their receit also.

Best Mexican food I've ever had. There places are huge. Cozy atmosphere. Great and friendly service.Parking: I think the restaurant is bigger than the parking. Just kidding. Parking is a little tight at times.

The food is very delicious, the times I have gone they are not very clean, both the bathrooms and the garbage shelves.The very good thing is the play area, it helps a lot for parents to eat comfortably :)
Food is always great. I know that going to the drive thru is usually a 15 minute wait after placing an order. I mentally prepare for it and I completely understand. They are always busy. This time around it I was the only person waiting on the order queue. I was pretty excited for being this lucky. I know it's rare. Unfortunately, 30 minutes passed, and my order was not ready as I watched others get their orders. So I asked the runner about my order. He nervously laughed and said, your order has simply was not made yet. Something wasn't adding up. I walked inside and asked for my order. The manager said they were looking for me, but it was not what I had ordered. So instead the manager decided to scold me in front of other customers saying it was me that was in the wrong. I has to remind her about specific details of my order and my interaction with her to get her to remember. I kindly just requested for my order to be made. I kept my cool and was patient. Karens and Kens are the worst, I didn't want to be that way.I know it's busy. I know it's stressful. I think it would be good to rethink and tune up their procedures for the Drive-Thru.Other than that... the food will always sell itself. I just wished their service matched their food quality.

This place is a staple. Love the little playground and the ambience. However. Recently went and was going to do an order on the app, but there was no line so there I go. I felt like I was over charged for the cheese and the drink. When I asked about it the lady explained that that was the cost. I asked about the cost of the drink and she said that’s what the cost is when I wanted the smaller glass. 2.99. “Well that’s what it is.” And then 1.64 for a pinch of cheese when online was listed for .75 cents. That’s why I asked about the price because online they’re different. While some employees are awesome this one seemed to have been having a bad day and was not pleasant. While my tacos were delicious and well served I was still annoyed by the attitude.Kid-friendliness: Great little playground.
