So I went to glass kitchen to get a burger, I had gone in years. I walk up to the window and order, I pay and I get my ticket number. Then 30 mins pass and nothing I go up to ask and they are clueless where my order is, the lady in the front keeps on asking the cooks and nobody knows anything, I then tell the lady to just give me my money back, I then have to wait because she doesn't know how to return money back to card, then then proceeds in giving me just cash. As she gives me the money back all she says is "Sorri" (misspelled on purpose). I lost most of my lunch hour for nothingWorst Service Ever!!!!!

Simply the best ..hamburger ever and theonion rings OMG...
First time here and didn't know what to get. I ordered the fish plate. It was very good, the fries were awesome. I ordered the brisket but it looked like pork? Not sure if order was wrong, but it had a lot of grease and did not like it too much. It was good but presentation I guess. Expected beef brisket. All in all, I would order fish plate again and may try other. This was ordered through outside window and took about 15 minutes, they were little busy
