“Can’t say enough good things about this place. Tried almost every appetizer and had multiple entrees- there is not one item we have had that wasn’t absolutely superb. The service is always incredible and even the owners wife has been around to ask our thoughts on the place. It’s an upscale unique seafood restaurant that this area didn’t have till now. It’s a new favorite that is close to home and always going to be great meal. Y’all gotta try this place. Do yourself a huge favor.“
“Red Oak Cafe is really great place to have breakfast. The portions are big and the food is good. The biscuits and pancakes are my favorite. My sister and I were able to share a plate and still get very full. I definitely recommend this place for breakfast.“
“My sister n law who lives in the area took me to this place in Webster, Texas, right outside of Houston. I love the food. This is a hometown friendly family restaurant. Our server, a young lady named Page, was so sweet, friendly, professional, and on top of everything. What a pleasure it was to have her as our server. Oh, and the carrot cake was to die for oh so good. When I come to visit this area again because I'm from Chicago, I'll definitely go back to this restaurant in the Webster Clear Bay area. “We come to this Dennys often. The food is consistently good but the service is hit or miss. This time was a hit! Wanda had us as soon as we walked in the door and she was very attentive, friendly and left us wanting for nothing. We were already Dennys "regulars" but now we are Wanda regulars, as well. ? “We love going to Scotty’s on the Bay! Our favorite bartenders are Amber S and Evan! They are always very attentive. We have followed Amber S from other bars that she worked at. She’s so personable always asks those she doesn’t know their names. She’s bubbly and does her best to make sure you are having a good time! She’s also the one who recommended the many different foods and yummy appetizers that are now our favorites. She aims to greet everyone with a smile and your name!“

“This was our first time dining at Black Bear Diner and we were very impressed with the inside of the restaurant as well as the food choices. (There are a lot of choices to choose from.) Breakfast is served all day which is a plus for those that don't mind breakfast late in the afternoon or evening. I highly recommend this place for your next meal!“

“So Waffle House is a strange place, a super reliable place to get a decent meal pretty quickly. They are pretty small inside with about 5-6 tables and a bar that sits 10-15 people. They still take orders on paper and you pay at the register. They are open 24/7 365 days a year, in fact FEMA has an unofficial disaster scale based on Waffle House’s operational state. If the Waffle House’s in the area are fully open then the disaster isn’t that bad, if they are closed then it’s apocalyptic. The waffles are good, better be at a place called Waffle House. The bowls are big and definitely filling. The breakfast sandwiches are excellent. Definitely come by if you want some Good Food Fast.“
“I had a leisurely lunch at Tuscany Bistro recently. The service was friendly and warm, the food portions were generous. I was happy to learn that there are gluten free items available, and had the Alfredo chicken with GF pasta, and a delicious tomato bisque soup. The atmosphere is a bit outdated and kitschy, but service with a smile and generous portions made up for anything lacking. I was never rushed nor made to feel like it was time to leave, and enjoyed a beautiful lunch because of the server’s kindness. Devin did a great job checking on the table and keeping We ordered a burger cooked medium rare (it was seared- raw except for browned outer layer), chicken sandwich, shrimp cocktail and fried asparagus. The cocktail sauce was great. Lots of horseradish flavor. The fried asparagus was good, but lump crab was not the best.“
“Had a lunch special. Chicken and a side (salad) & added garlic parm sauce that came on the side.It was lunchtime so it wasn't very busy and there was plenty of seating. “Great as always...but I have to specifically mention how awesome Nicolas was. Of course, every server we've had has been awesome, but Nicolas set himself on a higher level by his outgoing personality and professionalism. But it was athletic basketball abilities that really wowed the crowd. Yes, I said athletic abilities...So one of the many many kids that were "electronically entertained" (I'm not exaggerating...EVERY kid in that place had a phone or tablet captivating their robotic attention)...one of those kids wasn't paying attention and knocked over a syrup bottle. Nicolas caught that out of the corner of his eye, lept over to that table and snatched it just before hitting the ground and making a massive mess. He did this amazing rolling recovery off the floor, popped up and calmly placed it back on the table like nothing even happened!!!! Funny thing was, all of us that were there, saw it and were amazed..extept for one person...you guess who it was? Yep, the kid memorized by his electronic babysitter!! So sad. I digress. If you are looking for GREAT service, and possibly to see more of his athletic skills, ask for Nicolas...you won't be disappointed!!!“
