Not a common restaurant. Italian style steak and seafood, white tablecloth, subdued lighting, and classic jazz playing. The Good: The food quality is excellent and wait staff were very attentive and friendly. Bistecca is one of our favorite places. Prices are very agreeable for the quality. The Bad: It can be loud and crowded at busy times. I recommend going on a weeknight. We love going to this old school restaurant for the excellent service and wonderful food. It is truly a dining experience and we have never been disappointed. The food is interesting and excellent and the service is perfect - friendly and helpful without being obtrusive. Ambience is lovely as well. We tried a new wine on the server's recommendation and it was excellent. The servers know the menu and can make informed recommendations. Very highly recommend!!!

Always a great time ! We love Bistecca. My wife had the sea bass, and I had the veal Oscar . As always, everything was excellent. Great bar service as well. We'll be back soon. So glad you're up here in our neck of the woods.
