Several takeout visits, and with consistent results. Yes, it's American-ized Chinese cuisine. But yes, it's the best in the area. Hot and sour soup is a chewy, earthy, white pepper-spiced revelation. Shrimp fried rice offers lots of fresh egg, plenty of veg, and kid-friendly seasoning. You need to order the beef egg rolls a dozen at a time; they keep beautifully and re-heat like a dream.
