This has been my go to sandwich shop for the past 4 years. I grew up visiting potbelly here and there and fell in love with the italian on white bread. I get the original size, fills me up just perfectly, I make sure to add lettuce tomatoes, onions, oil and Italian seasoning. I visited Sunday evening around 6:30pm. I ordered the original avo turkey on wheat, a bag of chips and small soup $17. Total. I noticed1 customer already seated in store and 1 customer ahead of me, so store not at all crowded. The Service was very lackluster almost rude from both employees.
