We had a reservation but still had to wait ~15 minutes to be seated. On busy days the staff give the impression that they don't know what they are doing.Once you actually sit down at a table though it gets way better. The server may forget the extra side dish you asked for or something minor like that but the food, biscuits, and mocktail I had tasted superb.
