I recently went to another subway in Lewisville on Hebron Parkway near the Music City Mall and it was nasty and awful. This subway on highway 121 is very clean, organized, and they had plenty of staff ready to take everyone's order. My only complaint is the lady making my sandwich didn't ask me if I wanted my Cold Cut Combo toasted or not (no indication that their microwave was not working). Otherwise, this is a good restaurant worth going to regularly.
Went to this location today and didn't have a single issue with customer service or my order. The lady taking my order was very nice and when I asked for extra marinara on my sub she did it without any attitude. Either the staff changed or their service has improved.

I visited this location twice in the past 4 days. The service was excellent. The employees were friendly and efficient. I enjoyed a six inch #16 all-pro sweet onion teriyaki chicken sub with customizations as the main portion of my order. Both times, the sub was delicious. The oatmeal raisin and raspberry cheesecake cookies are good.
