Me and the wife have been through here thousands of times and never had the chance to stop and eat but lord have mercy this place is jam up!! Love it and it will now be the only bbq joint we will go to from now on.

Food is delicious and staff is friendly. I request the cook not to trim the fat off of my brisket and he honored my request. The ribs are the best, well seasoned. I love the banana pudding.

So I went in on my lunch break ordered the pork sandwich combo daily special when I didn't get a drink I asked for my drink she said it doesn't come with a drink.i said u said it was a combo then the cook chimes In very sarcastic and rude SOME PLACES THE COMBO DOESNT COME WITH A DRINK THEY DID GIVE ME A DRINK BUT I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE SARCASM the potato salad was the worst I've ever had and the banana pudding was vanilla pudding with nilla wafers not good at all the pork on the sandwich was dry and crusty then when I left I got a very sarcastic Have a blessed day from the cook once again did not appreciate the sarcasm

Ordered the rib plate with potato salad and was very good! Ribs were meaty and had the right amount of fat content combined with their sauce, they were excellent! Ordered the banana pudding and it's one of the best puddings around. You will want to order the pudding.
Fair brisket but a little too much fat chopped into it. Ribs were not good. They were very dried out and not at all tasty. Not a fan. They do charge a 4% fee on everything except cash transactions.

Got a rib plate $27 ribs were super dry and crunchy. Pinto beans had no flavor and taste like they came straight out the can. Coleslaw was horrible. I’m not a review type of person but man for how much this cost it’s was trash. Wanted to eat it to not waste money but couldn’t even finish it.

Very good bbq. Great for lunch. Don't drive 5 hours out of your way for it, but if your in longview I don't think you'll be disappointed.Both times I had the sliced brisket it was tender and full of flavor. I'd prefer a little more seasoning, but the smoke is spot on.For those with kids, the Mac and cheese has some spice to it so they may not enjoy it, but I liked it just fine.

Today was my first time trying Adams BBQ and I was very impressed! This is My new favorite local BBQ restaurant. Their Hot Link and Mac n Cheese was amazing!
