Staff is pleasant and facility is clean. Pork ribs are very good and highly recommended. Brisket was disappointing due to its lack of bark, light smoke flavor and sort of soggy texture.
The other day I paid $15 for a spud with no cheese, a pinch of meat, & still had to assemble it myself. What did I pay for then? Bought a link sandwich with no bread. When I addressed it, cashier lied & said she didn’t charge it even tho I paid the $8Went again for the rib sandwich plate. Great flavor with a lot of meat but still no bread. If you are going to dress up ketchup, do more to it than brown sugar and vinegar. Meat was bland and needed salt, beans were a mild version of meatless chili and the potato salad was meh. Meat was tender, that’s about it.
