I have never seen this place open. They don't advertise the right hrs. You have to park so far away. No drive thru or place to park and walk up to.

Please don't ask for extra juice. They gonna make sure they don't give you no syrup at all. You shouldn't be able to see the white ice if I got a tigers blood. And then try to be funny and pour a lot of syrup if you ask for extra! Fix them correctly, if not find another job.

Huge sno cones at a cheap price. Additives are only .25 cents! Very nice staff who waited on us impatient customers who came right as they opened. Had the sno cones ready fast. Delicious and reasonable.
These snowballs are getting better by the minute. There is so much competition these days. Businesses gotta step their game up.

This place is disgusting. The management is absolutely terrible, and are barely around. Brian & Scott's is full of highschool students with no supervision, and the place looks disgusting on the outside AND inside! The counters look grubby, even when they first open. Not to mention its been several months since the main flavor sign fell down, and no one has bothered to put it back up. I feel bad for anyone who is diabetic or cannot consume too much sugar. They never fill their sugar-free flavors because they "don't feel like it" or "because it takes too long". For a well known snowcone stand in a small city, they sure do know how to make a negative impression. ESPECIALLY the blonde young girl who claims she is the manager. She refused to wear gloves or a mask, but when a supervisor came by she would quickly put them on. This place absolutely disgusts me. She said her name was jace, but I doubt its her actual name. Im so disappointed in the lack of I would NEVER recommend this place!!!!
