I enjoyed the atmosphere of Cheddar’s. I certainly got a taste of the down-home welcome and service. I ordered the chicken fried steak. The meat was very tender and tasty, but the breading was too thick. I was able to enjoy it in any case.
We were in Longview Texas so stopped in here for dinner before going to hotel. Food yummy as usual. Waitress was awesome. Forgot to take pictures of food. Didn’t think I would do a review.Parking: Parking is adequate. Only a couple of handicap parking spaces in front.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly

Still a decent place to go and the people are friendly, but there have been times where the hold-up wasn't the wait staff or the kitchen, but just getting a hostess to recognize that people were lining up at the door. I've literally seen people walk out because they were never even acknowledged. I have been on the verge of walking out myself. I know it's not a staffing thing because as soon as a host showed up at the stand, they could seat everyone immediately.
