Good service, good chicken sandwich but have cut back so far on the cups of ice cream that a large should be a kids. Ice cream settled, not melted by the time I got home and was a little over half a cup.3/26/24 addendum I wrote to customer service:I am coming less and less. I have pictures of a thin, dry sandwich on a reduced size 3 1/2 inch bun. I decided to eat chips and dips instead. From one business owner to the next I have a question: First the ice cream and now your feature item...the thingon which you built your company. How long will it be before your "faithful" customers become not so faithful? This is really pathetic. Fix this. Don't just get progressively worse listening to upper management on how to increase your profit margin. I'm here to tell you they are leading you in the wrong direction. Increased pricing and decreased sizing coupled TOGETHER are a recipe for disaster. My husband came through a few hours ago and didn't have my app so the purchase is transparent to you. But I attempted to eat today's purchase and it was so unpalatable that I simply gave up.

Went thru the drive thru which is a weird experience in itself. The girl was standing out in the drive, 5 car lengths away from the menu, asking what I want to order. Told her I need to look at the menu and she says "well, go ahead. It's right there."(Yeah, no kidding. Just letting you know I'd like to look at it before ordering) She really looked annoyed like I'm the only one who doesn't have the thing memorized. Super rude. Then she rings my sandwich, fries and drink separately instead of ringing up the meal. I guess I didn't say #2. I said, chicken sandwich, waffle fries and tea. Geez. Charged me $1.20 extra since she didn't ring up the combo. Then they forgot the ketchup and napkins. Too much money to spend to be treated like this.

We were spending the night in Longview Texas and this was close to hotel. Went and got breakfast in the drive-thru. Food was yummy as usual.

The Chick-fil-A sandwiches are ridiculously small. They’re about the size of a jr burger from other fast food restaurants but of course have gotten more expensive as well. The size reduction is very obvious and frankly insulting that they’d do this while charging more than what the larger sandwiches they sold once cost. Terribly sad example of shrinkflation in one of my favorite chains. At least Whataburger charges more but keeps the quality and size the same.

My family has been here multiple times and they are consistently slow(especially through the drive thru) the staff do not seem to want to help you and the restaurant itself has not been the cleanest. Don't waste you time here, go to the 1740 W Loop 281 Chick-fil-A.

follow up on this rewiew. Its true , they will make you go early more than one time instead of just saying if they are going to hire or not, its just a waste of time.””My wife recently applied to work here and I have to say, the management here does not seem to have it together. They gave her the run around for two weeks, she showed up physically multiple times in an attempt to follow up before the first interview, and multiple more times after that being re scheduled 2-3 times because they were “short staffed” or “to busy”. After the 2nd interview we waited 3 days and another physical follow up just for them to tell her “sorry we are overstaffed, bye.” The level of unprofessionalism we have experienced from this CFA during this process has been remarkable. One manager says one thing, another says something else. If you’re not going to hire somebody why would you put them through a multi stage interviewing process? Thanks for a waste of two weeks. Management needs to figure out how to communicate better.
