We had a very large group dinner, reserved and still had to wait for 30 minutes when we got there. Two different people called and made reservations (not knowing they both did) and one called to confirm that day. The restaurant confirmed and then later we went. When we got there both reservations were not ever found. During our order process of drinks and food, there was only one waitress taking down the orders and every order was seperate. The drinks were out of sequence (meaning the ppl that ordered first got their's last and had to wait a long while for them) Alot of the things ordered with meals didn't come to the table with the food so people had to wait on those things. The point is, the restaurant knew ahead of time of this very large group gathering and they were not prepared when we showed up or while we were there. The waitress should've had help with all of this there's no doubt about that. About my order, I have never EVER been to a restaurant that charged me separately for rice and beans with an enchilada dinner. Be prepared to pay for that if you order the meal. The enchiladas that came with the meal are small and there's only 2 of them. There was no where to park for alot of the people that I was there with. I wasn't impressed with these details so I more than likely will not be back.

Went to El Sombrero's in Longview tonight, worse service I have had in a while, food was cold, waiter couldn't get the right food to the right table took over a hour to get our food after being seated, talked to the Manger, might as well been taking to the wind, will be a long time before I go back

5 stars for food...but...too high...their prices have become ridiculous...it should not cost 50 for two people to eat lunch with only regular drinks...ie tea and lemonade. Was once a place I really enjoyed eating.

First time going here and I was impressed. I got the skirt steak. It’s a bit pricey but it is amazing. Service is fast and friendly. Nice bar atmosphere as well. I’ll be back for sure.

Save your money. This place is a total joke. Firstly, it's ridiculously expensive for what you get. I went at lunch, had a chimichanga. A tiny one came out on a plate with rice and beans for $15! Then, they want to charge you an extra 4 percent if you pay with a credit card. Very sneaky of them. The burnt end chimichanga was terrible, too. Also, I showed up and no one was at the front. We looked and looked for someone to seat us. (I should have just left.) Finally, some guy comes running back from where he had been chatting with friends at the bar area. When I go to leave, the same guy was playing on his cell phone up front. I complained to him about the cost and the food. I'd be very surprised if he passed that on to his manager, as I requested.
