I am completely blown away by not knowing about this gem. This place is 100 percent the absolute best sandwich place I’ve ever had. Hands down it’s fantastic. I recommend the fat boy.

My husband and I have been curious about this place for years but haven’t been able to go because they are only open for lunch. Well, today we both had the day off so we wandered into the little cafe and ordered a variety of food. The gentleman working the register was very kind and patient. The woman making the food is probably one of the hardest working people I’ve ever seen. The food was amazing. We got the Boathouse and Fatboy sandwiches, stuffed peppers, and cookies. Everything was delicious. The only negative is that I don’t know when we will be able to go back but we will definitely make it happen.

I called ahead to find out what they put in their chicken salad. I did this because I have crohn's disease, and there are many foods that give me extreme pain, onions being one of the worst. The presumed owner/manager who answered the phone was snippy and said I will only tell you that it doesn't have fruit or nuts. When I asked about onions, he was even more snippy and said he would not give out his recipe. I said I didn't want his recipe! Just the ingredient list, like ALL food is required to put on their label! I explained that I have crohn's disease and food issues. He STILL wouldn't tell me if it has onions in it!!! That's discrimination against disabled people, and maybe against the food safety laws as well!I was really looking forward to giving them a try.

Me and my wife dropped in for lunch today and we were extremely impressed. We have driven by this place for 2 years and now we are wondering why it took us so long to try it out. We will definitely be back. Atmosphere was great. I loved having an open Bible where you can highlight your favorite verses and see where others highlighted their favorites. Service was great and food was AMAZING! We will be back.
