The day I visited they were short staffed and busy. They worked diligently with smiles and courtesy. The food was yummy and the busyness did not impact wait time. I definitely rang the bell!

Whoever the young lady is who is working the drive-through today ought to be the manager. Give her a raise. If you sit down and write out a plan of EXACTLY the way you'd want a drive-through employee to act and treat you, you still wouldn't have a plan as top notch as this lady's service was. I don't know her, but whoever hired her and/or trained her nailed it. If I had a job opening in your industry, I'd wallet whip her and take her from you.
