Service was extremely slow even though there weren't many people in the restaurant, which doesnt make any sense. Waiter wasn't friendly. I could've went across the street to Texas Roadhouse for better service for less money.

We arrived a little before 4pm & walked out almost 3 hours later. It wasn’t busy when we walked in but were told it would be an hour wait. I’m assuming they didn’t have enough servers. I completely understand things like that happen. We were fine with waiting. The young lady at the front was not rude to us but after sitting there an hour we saw her treat several people terribly. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen someone so rude at a restaurant. We would’ve left but we had some gift cards that we wanted to use. I don’t think we will be back.

We reserved online for a party of 11 at 6:30. Seated at 7. Great service by Maria! Food was excellent. Drinks were excellent. I can't tell you how pleased I was with Maria. She was an excellent server. Thanks for making my son's 18th birthday fun!
Got the chicken fried steak it was huge, but breading was very greasy left and oil puddle on my plate. The brussels sprouts was amazing and the fried pickles.

What can I say ? Let's start with atmosphere ; perfect . This is not Roadhouse ( thankfully). Next is service , never have I ever had a bad experience at Saltgrass ..ever ! These guys & ladies are top notch first class above the norm .Food ? I'd rate it at a 15 on a scale of 1-10. The steaks are perfectly cooked to your liking . The flavor -- omg ! Absolutely spot on perfection . Delicious . I leave & my taste buds are so happy . The rubs are excellent . The baked & sweet potatoes are great . The bread is like homemade . The salads are fantastic. Can you tell I'm a fan ? I don't go anywhere else for steaks. Period !
