Having a wait time on a Friday we sat at the bar to have a drink. The bar staff was excellent. When we were seated the staff was very attentive and the waitress made an excellent salad for the first course. Food was excellent. Would definitely recommend this restaurant

Absolutely the worst $50 I have spent in Mt life. Steak undercooked, potato not done at all..no dressing for my salad. I asked not for sour cream but they send it anyway. Even after me trying to cook Steak in a skillet it was still bloody. NEVER AGAIN!!

Slow service and the food was definitely not worth the wait. Sad when you have to ask for the lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions for your grilled chicken sandwich. Then the lettuce comes out wilted and you receive one paper thin tomato slice. Not worth the price we paid for sure!!!

This was a disaster.after a long wait for the entree, the excuse was a large party preceded my order, the ordered "well done minimal pink" steak was very pink throughout with a lightly carbonized exterior. So the manager offered first to recook the steak and then to cook another. Well after another wait, 50 min since i sat down, the second steak was worse. This may have been a rare event and the manager was sincere but I will give him a few months before I return.

My mom and I dined in recently . We were not having a good experience with our food. Due to one of the cooks not performing his best with our chopped steak dinners. We asked our wonderful server SKY if we could to talk to a manager WESLEY. Wesley did an amazing job! Not only with correcting our meals but was understanding and showed my mom & I had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you to SKY & WESLEY for taking care of us!!

WOW !!! Top Shelf Service & Food !Our server Sky was awesome !!! Went the extra mile to get our request for our steak correct .The manager Wesley came to our table to confirm the seasoning & how we wanted it cooked .He & Sky did not disappoint in the least !!!By far our best experience at a restaurant in a LONG TIME !Please let Sky & Wesley know how much we enjoyed the experience & will definitely make the drive from Mount Pleasant again soon !Thank Y’all So Much !!!David Foster

Worst service I've ever had anywhere. The manager walked past us several times but never asked how we were doing. I know our waitress told him. The waitress said she wished there was something she could do to make it right but nothing was done. We had to ask for our water and appetizer. A different server took our order and then never brought the salads. Had to ask. No refills offered of water, but I was asked if I wanted another drink.My girlfriend never got her tea and then our steaks were wrong. Terrible experience.

Would have rated 5, but they are short staffed due to Covid related issues. They only had 3 servers and we had a 35 minute wait, but the food and the server was great. They only have about 1/3 of the seating area open.

Took over 10 minutes to get seated. took order, never brought any food or drinks to the table for almost 40 min. Nice place, obviously poorly staffed. Food was undercooked when finally served. I won't be back. ?

Our meal was perfection in every way. Service was attentive. The steaks were cooked perfectly. We both had ribeye with veggies. Compared to our visit when the restaurant first opened, they have improved and have reached Saltgrass Steak Houses we have visited elsewhere.

Good good. Ok service. We sat in open bar seating and bartender was busy but did the best she could with the amount of customers she was tending too. She was also helping a special needs customer which was incredibly nice to see.
