I don’t remember her name but the woman who took my order was so amazingly sweet and she took the time to interact with me during the order process at the drive thru. She talked to me about my babies and asked me how my Christmas shopping was going, she was calling me “momma” during my order which I found so endearing and I was already having a rough day and hearing that made it so much better. The customer service I just got here was outstanding! I don’t remember her name but she helped me find a new drink (I’m new to the Starbucks life) and I just want her to know I really appreciate it and I’ll definitely be back!!!
