After expressing to the manager that we weren’t satisfied, they explained that their food is generally more healthy for their regulars.Now this doesn’t mean they don’t have fried food… they totally do and after getting the orange chicken instead I was much happier with my food. If you’re someone who prefers food that isn’t as oily and fried, then this place is an amazing option. They make a lot of their food healthier.The manager was super kind and helpful and the service was top notch. It’s no wonder this place has been around for 40 years. They accommodate the Lubbock community. I am excited to go back and try the Mongolian BBQ.Thank you again to the management and employees for being so accommodating. Kind people running a local business will always beat out chains.Dietary restrictions: The manager explained if you let them know about an allergy or food preference they will be sure to help you out.
