Great service, they were absolutely helpful in helping us decide. Meat was fall off the bone tender, literally, sauce was perfect really let the meat flavors shine. We played a beanbag toss game while waiting for our food. Overall, definitely will be returning. I am blown away by this family owned business! They catered my 40th birthday and it was a hit! Brisket sandwich, sausage wrap, pork sandwich, cowboy beans, and potato salad amazing With two different sides of of mild barbecue sauce & spicy hot barbecue sauce. Highly recommend this food truck and restaurant.

Man good stuff there brisket just melted in your mouth and staff was friendly. Only bad thing is I see longhorn stuff more than Texas Tech, lol UK great rivalry. If I could give it 10 stars I would.
