Food is usually good, so I do visit from time to time. Went in and placed a to go order 11/11/23. People aren't perfect and some items were missing when I got home. Called and spoke with the manager Byron, and was given two options...Either they'd remake the chicken fry or refund my money. I opted for the remake. We are from Pampa Texas and are here because our Granny is having open heart surgery. This lady means so much to all of us nearly our entire family came down. Tristan went far above and beyond for us. Late at night tired and hungry not only did he serve us with a smile he absolutely made our day. The staff also, incredible. The first time here is a good food place. I ordered the bacon cheese burger with green chile, my daughter ordered the cheese burger without the bun, and a side salad. My wife had a cheese burger with a side of onion rings. Everything was very good, so good that even the sight of the food made it so tempting. I forgot to take a picture to show you all how delicious they looked. We will definitely return. FYI, tech students and faculty get a discount with an ID. Just ask.
