I was in the drive through 2nd lane. I was asked to wait and had 3 cars orders taken in lane 1. I went into the store and asked for the manager. I was told well we only have 1 headset working. I explained the situation and how I was asked to wait (I assume on the headset that was working) then never had my order taken. She seemed like I was bothering her for stating my concern. I will NEVER go to this location again.

The food was good, hot and fresh. The tables were dirty, so I had to wipe my own, but overall really good service really good food. Pleasant place to sit and eat a meal at.

This specific Burger King sucks straight up. The people there are rude and ghetto, the service takes forever and I mean forever you will watch these workers just stand around and do absolutely nothing but mess your order up. If it was up to me I'd shut that location down. The other here in Lubbock are just absolutely great but not this one the only one in Lubbock that sucks!

Mobile order took 20min to be done ..i had to wait in the front...worst experience
Save yourself the time and don’t stop here. I went through the drive thru during my lunch break, only ordered nuggets and a drink; waited 20 min in line, when I got my order the nuggets were all greasy the bag I got them in were greasy food tasted nasty and I got to work late, I wouldn’t recommend this bk to anybody, if you really want bk make the trip across town

Well we ordered a chicken sandwich and a burger for the 2 for 10 I used to rate this store at a 5 star till today we get home and they gave us 2 burnt chicken sandwiches and when I try to call they didn’t have the phone plugged in so y’all lost a customer today if the girl at the window would have been paying attention instead of talking on her phone I would probably still be a customer
