Silvia was so awesome. She greeted me with a smile and took my order gladly asked how I was doing as well..I told her my car had broke down right outside in the parking lot. She checked on me outside in my car. She went way above and beyond..She offered me to come inside as well..This was at the store on 5112 Slide Road in Lubbock Texas..Please let Silvia know I appreciate her for her kindness and thoughtfulness. We need more people in the world like her in the world..
Fast service. The manager is very kind and professional. Food was always prepared quickly. Clean interior with a nice layout for a bk. The employees were very kind except for one on my 2nd to last visit. When it comes to fast food expectations, this BK stands out for raising the bar.Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper
