On a Thursday evening, I came in by myself and sat at the Bar. I was never greeted. I asked, "can I have a menu please" to the brunette bartender who just ignored me. Finally another bartender (tall skinny blond) greeted me and gave me a menu. I asked if they serve deep dish pizza and she said no. We have ordered from Capital Pizza for a few years now. They are our favorite in town, but tonight I ordered delivery because we were having a party in our home. Pizza came on time, but we were missing the most important pizza, the CHEESE pizza, the only one the picky kids will eat! I called them, and they immediately made it right by making us a fresh pizza and getting it to us in record time. I have always loved this place, but now I love them even more. Pizza is always great! They always get my half and half selections correct! Front door staff ... interpersonal communication skills are lacking. Touching fingers to try and count and then give up to say it should be done around the time said when ordered online. Seriously?
