Service was great, but the food and prices weren't up to par. The amount of friend pickles you get for $10 is equal to the amount of a medium sized pickled cut up and fried.. wasn't too thrilled about that. The atmosphere is great, awesome waitstaff and cool decor.. we weren't greeted upon arrival and had to seat ourselves which was another downer. Pretty great place for a margarita though.

Caprock is your place to have drinks & snacks or sandwiches/burgers while watching games & listening to loud music. If you want to holler at your friends to have a conversation, this is your place. Our food, unfortunately, wasn't very tasty with disappointing lukewarm food. Maybe next time it'll be

So I love this place and I’ve been several times. I love to have the blue Zini I know the limit which I understand but the waitress this evening was straight out rude when I ordered my second one we can only serve two at a time and to me that just made me not want to come here again I get it if I was trying to order a third but I did not. I won’t be back to this one! Need to fix that because I’ve been a Lubbock local for 20 plus years. It’s kind of annoying to be told you can’t have another drink when you’re almost 40 years old! It offended me and to be honest those drinks aren’t all that strong to be acting that way! Anyway I won’t be back to this place

We love both locations!! The 34th Street one seems a little less clean, but the atmosphere is better. Great burgers, green chile chicken fried steak, and the green chile stew is to die for!!!

Been here twice, first time was a blast, easily they have some of the best jalapeño poppers in the tri-state area. Second time I got a quesadilla, was pretty excited but it was made like its main competitor is Taco Bell. The twisted tators are delicious. So are the nachos. The burgers are also good. Don’t recommend the steak sandwich.They do get busy at lunch time. The atmosphere was nice but our server was very inattentive. Never got a refill until I asked for a Togo drink.

Great food and vibe. Definitely a place to get a bite with a little West Texas flavor to it.
For starters I wouldn't waste my money here again. Our waitress was a little awkward and not being very helpful with what to order. the food took forever to come out and when it did we were already full to the brim on chips and queso which was decent (i'll give them that) the entree tasted like cafeteria food and was a terrible trip to the bathroom. it was also extremely loud and hot. i could feel the speakers in my chest and looked around and saw a guy wiping his face with his napkin from the all the sweat that was dripping down. i was very dissatisfied because i've heard the 82nd location is great. never again though.
