Ah Jimmy John's, Subways older brother with sarcastic tones and generally better sandwiches, the ambiance of the place is expressive yet rustic which is generally a good style, full marks for me. The service was mixed, some of the workers are genuinely nice while others feel like they need a break from the 9 to 5 grind. It took over an hour for my food to be made and delivered. I was willing to let that slide. Then the girl that delivered my food was so rude! I had a hard time getting my pens to write on the receipt. I was planning on tipping cash but hadn't got a chance to get it out. She snatched the receipt and rolled her eyes as she stormed out. No help only one guy working the phone, the front, all of it. Immediately after.a football game on Saturday night. Mass people. Chaotic time.Sandwiches were still delicious. Shame on you, manager! Get your butt down to your store and get to work!
