Do not sleep on this place! The food was amazing, portions are super generous and the prices are great! Restaurant was super clean and probably some of the best service I’ve ever had in Lubbock. Bianca was awesome!!! We will definitely be back! Thanks y’all!!

The wait was next to none on a Saturday morning. Our Server was so sweet and attentive. I HAD to try the Cinnamon Roll iced Coffee.... WHOA MOMMA! It was AMAZING! Starbucks can kiss my grits! My husband and I shared a breakfast skillet. It was excellent! Tons of food! We will definitely go back

We will not be going back to the one by the mall - at 10:00am on a Saturday they only had 2 servers - gave hostess our name and was told 10-15 min - after waiting 20 min checked and she had taken our name off the list - watched 4 parties leave due to long wait time. This is the third time in the last month that we have had to wait - food is good but will not go to that location again. Not worth the wait and untrained staff.

I ordered breakfast for my family to be delivered via door dash. Part of the order was missing and so I called and they immediately told me to come pick it up they would get it done. I got there and they were super busy so it was understandable what happened. They got the rest of my order made and threw in some extra hashbrowns :) The food was delicious and the extra hashbrowns were a great treat!

So unfortunately I have a lot of allergies and I had to make a lot of changes on a certain dish to accommodate. Our waitress Ashley was very kind and actually spoke to the chefs directly about the changes! Very thrilled. Food came back perfectly and was good as well!

It's a nice change from the small towns surrounding well at least as far as options anyway.... Your typical service takes them 20-30 mins after seating to come to take drink order so be prepared to drop your food order asap so theirs no more delay in service. What also brought my rating down was how the next server who couldn't be much older than the legal age was gripping the tops of our drinks hands them off, rushed with no expression starts walking off. Of course without offering a straw..... I did request one as I'm not sure her hands are frequently washed as required. One plate was over done & the other was a little underdone, had to ask for our 2nd side to be delivered 5min after getting plate. Over all not bad definitely could use some adjustments for improving... I'll try again in hopes they do!

Best bang for your buck. The food was flavorful light on my stomach and quite healthy, I'm sure there's more on the menu that's indulgent. None the less the service was nice and polite. The tables and carpet clean and well maintained.

I scored it 1 star because that’s the lowest they have, if not it would be zero. The food quality is horrible. Their cooks don’t know what they are doing. We were never even asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks. We will never be back again. They just lost a customers.

Really like this location. Food is always good. Service is excellent. Wait staff and management are friendly and competent. Had a small problem with my Reward Points and an emailed discount. The Manager fixed it ASAP. Highly recommend!

Third time at this location in two years and the service is still very poor. Food was very poorly executed, hard biscuits, lukewarm gravy, sausage cooked in the deep fry and eggs that were inedible.When I talked to the "manager" he said that they were really busy. The restaurant only had 7 tables seated. If this is busy, I'd hate to see what 12 tables was like. I spent 15 years as a Director of operations for 27 restaurants. If any of my restaurants was running like this, it was time for the area managers to consider their options, really quickly.The management of this location, or the area manager just seems like they can't be bothered. I reached out to W.T., the area manager and he still hasn't bothered to call me.
