I asked for the Chicken Garlic plate. I was surprised by the dimension of the piece of chicken I got for the service, it was so small that I don't even think is legal to kill such a small chicken ?. Not good folks, if you have expensive food, you should honor that with the proper portion.

Las Brisas is phenomenally good! My husband and I travel often and eat at steak houses all over the world but so far no other American steak cuisine has compared to this place. It has literally set the bar for us with many restaurants in Las Vegas, California, Texas and many other overseas establishments failing in comparison, especially for beef selection, cook and taste. Sides are fabulous too—get the Lobster Mac! Though the steak entrees are perfect, I actually can’t stop ordering the Chilean Sea Bass. It’s too good! This is not a cheap place to dine but it is definitely worth it in so many ways.

Hats off to the Las Brisas staff! We had over-the-top service, and the food was excellent. On top of that, we received a gift card from my parents-in-law for our anniversary when COVID-19 started and forgot about it. We hadn't been to Las Brisas in a while and decided to try to use it as we celebrated a late Valentine's Day. We thought there was a good chance it wouldn't work(since my wife and kids have worked a lot in the food service business) and planned to pay full price. They had switched systems but still gave us the amount off for our meal! We will definitely be back and will recommend Las Brisas to everyone!

Over priced and unnecessarily complex menu and food that make an unsuccessful attempt at a ritzy upscale restaurant that can only be in business over these years because of location and the people the owners know because it is in no way the

What a great place. The staff and atmosphere was amazing. The food was perfect and we had to get the Lobster-Mac…. Wow. The bone -in ribeye, raspberry filet, stuffed avocado, and lobster Mac and cheese…. Holy cow! We had a great feast and what a great time. We sat at the bar and saw the gears in motion as the staff was on point and very knowledgeable of the menu. This is a must stop, and enjoy the great food.Urissa, Craig and Tate all helped us and made us part of the party. What a good time and memories. Can’t wait to return for more incredible food. The old fashions are good as well. lol

I never really give bad reviews of places as I hardly ever have experiences that genuinely make me dislike an establishment. My girlfriend of 6 years and I came here to celebrate Valentine’s Day and the great reviews convinced me that this would be the perfect place. When we sat down it took 15 minutes to order water and we waited for a whole hour on top of that for our food. Granted, it was pretty busy, but not busy enough to warrant any reduction in quality. Especially for a nicer restaurant. The food was okay. The Southwest caesar salad just had little tortilla chip pieces in it, I was hoping for something a little more creative maybe. The filet I ordered tasted great but some parts were medium well and some parts were rare when I ordered medium rare. The truffled potatoes had a very offputting flavor (not the truffle, it was something else) and the “side” of asparagus was more of a garnish with just four pieces. Not to mention we never got any bread for our table, and hardly saw our server to ever ask her about it.I understand it was Valentine’s and it was busy. But it wasn’t that busy. If I didn’t order a salad and eat my date’s uneaten french fries I would have left hungry, which is absurd for a $70 per person restaurant. I’m glad she enjoyed it but I think we’ll go anywhere else for our next Valentine’s/Anniversary.

The food is excellent and knowing there are always new items makes the experience more fun.Several managers took the time to check with us in a timely way to ensure everything was to our liking. The steak was cooked to perfection and the vegetables were outstanding. We asked to substitute items and were given great options. The meatball appetizer is deceptively named; it can be meal on its own. Absolutely delicious. This is truly fine dining.

We have been to a handful of fine dining restaurants here in LBK and Las Brisas was good but did not quite live up to some of the others. The flavor was not lacking whatsoever (we especially enjoying the asparagus that came with our steaks and the creme brulee for dessert), however, some details were overlooked such as my steak not being properly rested. The service was very good, our server Deivan (I'm pretty sure that was his name) was lovely. The atmosphere was what let us down ultimately. It felt like we were dining in a hotel meeting room. I'm believe it was the very cold and uninspired decor. Overall we definitely enjoyed our meal, but for a fine dining establishment, it could use some TLC.
