Taco Thursdays is awesome. The best homemade Taco ? shells ever with your choice of beef or chicken with fresh lettuce and tomatoes and cheese ? for .99 cents and 6 different salsas to choose from every Thursday all day. I recently went over to the Mamarita's Border Cafe in Lubbock. When I visited the very nice dinning hall I was very impressed with the small details this well maintained establishment was operating. I visited the bar where two of the nicest, most friendliest, and quickest bartenders Kyleigh and Tanner was running the bar. Pretty disappointed with my experience and meal. The food, although a good price and visually appealing, was really bland and some ingredients were on their way out or stale. The basket of chips we had were two types mixed together, half stale old chips and half thin chips. The queso was disappointing and gloopy.
