Food is usually good at McAlister’s, but at this one, it took too long to get our food. Employees prefer to stand around, talk, and use their cell phone instead of tending to customers timely. I have been to this location in the past and can tell it’s going downhill.

We ordered the choose 2 for two people, both being a half sandwich and cup of soup. It took over 45 minutes to get our order out to us. This was during lunch but it wasn’t overly busy.

Ordered "Choose Two". The pepper jack turkey sandwich was great. The Angus beef baked potato wasn't great. I don't think it had 'aus jus' on it.

We enjoy eating here atmosphere is good with good music. I would give a 4.7 on service because it is more like fast food in that once you receive your food, that's about it until you leave. The food is very delicious we especially enjoy getting the choose 2 when we go there, the pecanberry salad with the raspberry vinaigrette is delicious ?

The girl that checked me put was amazing! She was so helpful.The girl that cleared the tables was great, so many people hate their job and she stopped and talked for a second.Oh, and my sandwich was very great also.
I placed an order over the phone for two spuds. Twenty minutes I’m there to pick it up, I pay, and they tell me they are out is spuds for the next hour because they failed to prepare any. I got my order refunded but that is just ridiculous, makes me want to never eat at mcalisters again if they’re going to fail to cook the main item on their menu. Very disappointed.

Took awhile to receive our food. Tortilla soup was good but both of the sandwiches we ordered had paper in them. Not a pleasant thing to bite into when you wanna enjoy lunch. It could’ve been something worse I suppose but feel like kitchen staff should be more attentive.

Well the sandwich I got was good. King Club. I did the pick two. They seem to be out of potatoes more often. So if yourirdering online might call first. Or you have to change your order when you get there. I got the ultimate nachos...wasnt impressed at all. Service in store was friendly and at apologetic for not having spuds. The tea costs are a little out of control too high. Sorry I didnt take photos. You may have better luck.
