I had a Uber eat order I called ahead and asked for a side of honey mustard that I would pay extra. a guy answered put me on hold then a women answered who I had to explain what I wanted all over again. Then of course when I recieved my order I didn’t receive the side I ordered. When I pay $41 for two entrees I expect better services. Get it together McAllister

I visited for my first time a few days ago. I was VERY surprised by all the options they had. They have a variety of large salads, soups, multiple sandwiches, and even loaded spuds. You should try this, you won't be disappointed.

We ordered a baked potato and they had an issue come up with it. They were very quick to address and fix the problem and comped the meal. Excellent service. Everyone was very kind. Will definitely be back!

Cashier was rude , rushed us as soon as we walked in . Was our first time and didn't even get to comfortably look at the menu in peace. Rung my friend up for the wrong thing and wanted to charge her extra for something she actually ordered. Never coming back. Learn to be respectful and not snap a attitude.

It took over 30 minutes to get a salad and two sandwiches. I asked at 25 minutes about our order. They answered but with no real concern or apologies. Over $40 for a mediocre lunch. We’re done - this location is terrible. We aren’t the only people that waited forever. Not good.

Awful service super slow we were the only people there. I ordered a caesar salad with chicken and received a Caesar salad with no chicken. When I said I asked and paid for chicken they said oh well I hope this is ok and left! It was frustrating and anytime I went to the counter for anything I was ignored.

Pretty poor experience at this location, that just kept getting worse.For starters, whilst being one of three tables in the store (two already seated, us ordering,) we were told it was a 25 minute wait. We're already here so, that sucks but we'll manage.After ordering *and* paying, we were told "oh actually we're out of spuds." Okay. Again, that sucks but we'll manage. While we re-glance the menu, the girl working the counter is visibly annoyed by our presence here.We sit down and realize the dining room is like the arctic. It's freezing to a crazy amount.After the long wait, our food arrives and is incorrect. So now they have to go back and make the actual order while one person waits.All in all, one of the least enjoyable McAlister's experiences I've had. I've been to plenty, and it's usually good stuff, but this one was a huge miss.
