Ordered 3 meals to go, spending over $40. One meal was wrong so I took it back just to be grilled by the window employee who finally checked the order with her paperwork and agreed to make the correct order. I asked for a club sandwich with mustard and fries. They gave me mayo and tater toots instead. When they did return the new order the only change made was replacing the toots for fries. They gave me back the same sandwich with mayo!

Our waitress was rather slow and kept forgetting to bring things like coffee. My aunt's order sat in the window too long and was cold when she finally received it. They were not that busy until we were finished eating so I don't know what the problem was. Maybe she was fairly new.

If I could give zero stars I would… I’ve been trying my hardest to give them grace but after 3 times of awful orders I can’t hold my tongue. Today we spent over $30 on food that was all undercooked. Blood dripped out the burger when my husband but it… my chicken fried steak was a little pink but I thought it would be fine…. I’m now hugging the toilet as I write this because I’m violently throwing up, right before I’m supposed to go to work…. This place needs to be closed down! It’s a danger to the community, this is the third time I’ve eaten their food and was left sick and soggy like their burgers! Cross contamination central should be the new name…

Just my opinion...Tech Cafe was a lot better. Its a shame that they sold. Food and coffee at Red Zone is not the best. They have really gone down in quality.

We are here at least once a week and since day 1 Miss Yvette has remembered our special needs daughters name and always made her feel like a celebrity. Everyone that works here is so family like. They may scream at you that your tables ready but it's only because is so loud and packed they don't want you to miss out. Like "momma" used to do. I highly recommend

Burger was overcooked, prices on the menu didn't align with price at register, eggs and hash brown were incredibly bland. Decent waitress who kept our drinks filled. Would not go again.

I was visiting from out of town with my best friend and her sister recommended this diner. I ordered the fish plate and it was cooked to hard and long. I love seafood but could not eat the plate. I didn't like the veggies. But the waitress made me feel welcomed. Probably will not return if I should visit Lubbock again.
