Went to the 50th street and Quaker location ordered $32 dollars worth of food tried to add a drink at the window was told they could not add to an order at the window per the manager left and went down the street to Taco Bell!
Was not trying to be difficult just wanted to add a drink and spend more money there. I guess they don't believe in customer service!
I don't believe I will go back to many other taco places in Lubbock to spend my money at!
I ordered 4 items, 1 was wrong they weren't busy. I was the only one in the drive thru. I got 2 hot sauces, no receipt. This is the 3rd time at this Taco Villa my order was wrong.
Ordered KETO bowl. Received half a bowl with NO beans. LITERALLY a half bowl of of not much. It was entirely cold from the fridge. Chicken included was cold. Girl at window took bag and tipped it upside so it dumped to the side. She asked if I wanted salsa and didn't provide it. Far better service on Quaker and 98th and something. I'm going back to Taco Bell
Going to start driving across town to get taco villa because everyone who works at this one can never get my order right and I don’t understand how or why? The job isn’t that hard. Ridiculous.
Opened my bag and my taco was like this ??♂️. Doubtful management cares but it was your shift on Saturday night 10/23…7pm. Also the 4516 50th st.location
Opened my bag and my taco was like this broken in pieces in the bag not even wrapped . Doubtful management cares but it was your shift on Saturday night 10/23...7pm. Also the 4516 50th st. location
Taco Villa is hit and miss anymore, with it being a miss more often than not. Price point is high for lack of quality. Food temp is big problem. I rarely get hot food anymore. Burritos are much drier than they used to be, but they charge you if you want extra red sauce. You understandably have to pay extra for sour cream, but its literally only found in the last bite you take! When it's good, the Guadalajara, Meat burritos w/red or green sauce, bean cups, and french fries, are all good choices. Like many places nowadays, Cust. Service is lacking. I realize working with young people can sometime's be like herding cats, but many of their employee's can be unfriendly/unprofessional. When Taco Villa is having a good day, it's reminiscent of it's glory days. We will continue eat here because we have for decades.
My daughter loves the chicken rice burrito with queso and green chili. This location has $1 bean burrito monday.
Almost $4 for a “street taco” that was terrible. There was minimal steak filling inside two broken corn tortillas. No bueno!
Went through the drive thru. Food was delicious but we had to wait a bit for them to cook steaks for the steak tacos and did not get any salsa that we asked for and didn't notice that until after we had already left.
The food was good and the service was even better. We had a complaint with the sweat tea we ordered. They kindly replaced our drinks and apologized for the inconvenience.
SLOW. No idea why this location is so slow. Never that busy. Employees are not exactly friendly, either. Choose another location.
The Guadalajara!! Toasted flat corn titillating with guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. The best thing on the menu. the meat on the burritos is seasoned just right. And then there's the apple burrito. Tops off the perfect meal. I wish there were Taco Villas where we are....the Waco the Waco area.
We went through drive thru and got food cold! To top it off I ordered one crispy taco and it was half full of meat ! Very little serving not even enough to fill the taco!! Also the chicken quesadilla was so greasy it was like water coming out and soggy tortilla! I will not be back to this place! Worst taco villa place ever!
Absolutely no consistency when it comes to bean burritos. They are quite stingy when it comes to refried beans!!!There beans not filet mignon.
