I only share this after repeated attempts to speak to the ownership in regards to the repeated issues in charging for items not received, prepared incorrectly, and overall blatant lack of concern for customer service. Your order will probably be right 1/3 of the time, you will pay for items you don't receive, and nobody cares. It's truly sad!
Food never disappoints. Burgers are always great. There was one time when they gave me a burger without a patty but they made it right immediately. The fries always fresh and crispy. Service always fast and friendly.
