10/10 all the way! The lady who took our order was happy & kind! She greeted us as soon as we walked up. The man who brought our food to our table was kind & thoughtful. He apologized for the long wait, but the wait was under 15 minutes, which is not a long time, considering our food was PERFECT! We got 2 of the Variety Platters which consisted of 2 fish & 6 shrimp. Food was very good, fresh and hot. I had lobster bites, fish, hush puppies, coleslaw and a crab cake. Jesus brought my food but forgot my coleslaw. He returned, apologized again and gave me two of them. He was very kind and attentive to us, offering to bring me some plastic utensils. I noticed he treated the other customers with the same kindness. I hadn't been there in several years...building is in complete disrepair, outside and in. Online ordering easy. Staff let me know additional side of shrimp was with main order... Cole slaw was missing and order only included one hush puppy. My bad for not checking order before I left. Fish was overcooked. Chicken and shrimp was good. Staff was friendly and store relatively clean.
