I'll be honest this Chilli's is hit or miss. Sometimes the service is fantastic and others it's lacking. I get the feeling that they are unstaffed sometimes. The food is always hot and fresh. The majority of the time the wait staff is attentive and helpful. Other times not so much. It's been better the last few times I have been. I'll go here again.
We had to make a trip out here to pick something up, and we stopped in for lunch. The food was great and our server, Taylor, was amazing. Josh the manager was kind and receptive to our compliments on Taylor's service.
