We came right as they were opening around 11:15 am nothing that I got that was hot seemed fresh. Maybe it was left overs from the previous day? The sushi I got after that was decent. I'd reccomend other Chinese buffets before I recommended this one, but it wasn't a terrible experience.
Food was what you would expect with a couple of good surprises. The frog legs were fantastic! Oysters were ok, but need to be scrubbed clean of sand a little better. Waitress was never really seen after dropping off waters and a soda. Seemed clean and organized... they need to get their employees a break room though, so they don't have to eat microwaved ramen bowls at a table on the dining floor.
