I order from here atleast once a week! This week we ordered 2 days in a row and both days items were missing from my order. Thursday it was 2 bags of chips not a big deal but who wants to eat just a sandwich? When I called they took my info for 2 bags of chips for me to go in store. Friday they forgot the chips & salsa, when I called the manager only wanted to refund me for the chips & salsa and not even the amount that Door Dash charges. This place used to be a great place to eat but the quality has gone down a lot. My husband and I had the salad bar and it was not good. When we arrived we had to wait around 5 minutes for someone to notice us so we could order. The cashier didn’t even ask if we wanted a drink, and he looked very annoyed when I asked for water cups. The salad bar was almost empty . I had to ask to get someone to refill it.Tables were dirty and the place in general was messy and not very clean.

Love the food at Jason's deli, incredibly consistent, fantastic ranch, I don't think I've seen them screw up any of my family's orders once, a very solid company with pleasant food that isn't you know outrageously good but it's good stuff and you can always depend on it to be consistently good, also make sure you try out the bigger better BLT
