After my unpleasant experience with this location, Alma turned my frown to a smile!Went into the store this afternoon to discuss the situation and received an apology from the manager and for the inconvenience!! She truly cares about her customers and her staff!!Kiddos to Alma for having a heart of Gold!
This location has the best customer service!! From the two ladies who helped me with ordering to the two gentlemen who were working when I picked up!! They were all so kind! I love how my sons cookie cake came out! Thank you!
