All their stores are staffed with exceptional people who strive for consistently good service.Today the service was great but I asked for moist (meaning fat marbling) sliced beef and not only was it not that... it was dried out as if it had been setting out for a quiet a while.I could understand if the girl who took my takeaway order didn't write moist or if the cutter missed her instructions but this was literally dry meat.
I love this BBQ place. Step right up and order. 2 meat and 1 side no problem. Chop beef BBQ sandwich ok, on it. The sides are delicious from the green beans, baked beans to pickles and onions. Dessert peach cobbler on the way to checkout. Wait don't forget the vanilla ice cream on the house. Did I forget to mention the fresh rolls served fresh out of the oven by the server.

Great little BBQ place. Cafeteria style serving. I had a brisket sandwich, Mac and cheese, and potato salad. All jig. Plus a lady was baking fresh rolls and walking around handing them out when they were done.I met someone for a light meeting for lunch.
