I stopped there on Wednesday and wanted to use some of my Whataburger rewards. I went through the drive through and was told I needed to redeem on the Whatburger app. I was holding up the line so I paid and left. The next day I went on the inside to get assistance. My husband went in and ordered a meal for take out. Several other people that ordered after him got their food and it had been around 25 mins of waiting and he still didn't get his food. He went to the counter and asked a tall young man about his order and he walked to the back and brought out a bag with a cold burger & fries. Food is alright. No offense to the guy that served me my food, but why does he have such a bad odor?! Hygiene in a restaurant should be top priority and makes me question how and who handled my food.
