Best Bar BQue. I had the fried Ribs and I swear one of them weighed almost a pound. So much tender flavorful meat! The Bridket was cooked to perfection. NOT DRY! Best BBQ in 30 plus years!! My husband and I are traveling from Michigan to Galveston and Marshall was our lunch stop. We are from Houston but have lived in Michigan for far too long. We each had 2 meats (1) beef and links (2) beef and sausage. Sides, potato salad. Brisket was melt in your mouth amazing. Links and sausage had a snap to them with the links being a tad spicer. I'll never eat Bodacious again. Every penny I spent was MORE than worth it. This food is absolutely DELICIOUS. The ribs are so tender, full of flavor, and juicy. Idk what kind of bbq sauce they use but if that make it they need to market it. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. And everyone spoke to me.
