What a great poboy, tea and brownie! The only sausage had the perfect kick.. the brisket was melt in you mouth yum and the sauce in the chop on the po boy was the tangy goodness that make BBQ so special. These together was just the perfect combination of perfect texas BBQ! Tea was fresh and the brownie was so rich the the unique frosting perfect blended with tiny bits of pecan ..guaranteed every bite as savory as the next. Love the decor... they have a museum of old stuff used in ranches and silos and old stories all over the restaurant that reminds us of how technology has helped us in our days...
