So this has already happened twice but I haven't gotten the chance to realize until it's too late because I pass through the drive thru. They charge me for something I didn't order. I ordered chicken fries as a Medium combo. I did get what I asked for but I got charged for something I did not order. Great food and nice employees it's just that issue which is unfortunate. I used a coupon for 2 meal combo and the cashier lady was extremely nice to us! She also let us in on their offer to switch one of the fries for onion rings to share. The food was brought out at a reasonable time and she brought it out herself and explained that the grill had a little delay, but was very honest to us and said to enjoy the meal!
