I had not had Charley's in over 20 yrs! So when I saw it I was excited...and it did not disappoint. The Philly cheese steak sandwich was just as good as I remember it. Meat was fresh lettuce and tomatoes crisp. Cheese & bacon fries were the bomb too.
Just really not good. Over priced and not tasty. Plus the employees are clueless. I know it is mall food, but really not good. Don't even buy a lemonade here it had no flavor at all. Basically just water. I don't have anything good to say about this place. But it doesn't matter because no one checks Yelp reviews for mall food courts.

I have always liked Charley's Philly steaks. But today the usual taste wasn't there. Maybe it's a one time thing maybe new cooks but something was missing. Also the server just piled a huge blob of mayonnaise which I think was too much and it took away from the flavor too. The staff was courteous no problem there. It's just the usual flavor of their subs was not there. I also miss the fries with seasoning they don't do that anymore
