If you're looking for the best meatless tacos around, you MUST stop here! Al pastor, chorizo, pacadillo, and more, all vegan, and all pitch-perfect savory delicious. Don't sleep on the new breakfast menu, literally, because it's only available on Sunday morning/early afternoon. Bring you dog, bring your kids, enjoy the spacious outdoor seating and make sure you grab a refreshing agua fresca to complete the scene. You won't regret it!
We went here yesterday and tried the pastor, bistec and the sirloin tacos. We actually went to the food truck area to get food from another place but saw that this new food truck claimed to be 'carnivore approved'. When I saw that, I didn't really believe it. However, after trying this place I can assure you that it is carnivore approved because even my husband who is a huge carnivore said he would go back to this truck again. Wonderful Plant Based Vegan tacos and Charro beans. If we had to pick a favorite it would be their chorizo corn tortilla tacos. Unfortunately, they are closing their food truck at the end of the year, so make sure to go now if you want to try their delicious food. Even carnivores will love this place!
