“There is now absolutely no other reason that my husband and I come here other than for Camille and Jaime at the bar top! We have had dinner here a few times and always enjoyed it, so we’ve come back every now and then, BUT now that we’ve met Camille and Jaime, I feel like we’ll definitely become regulars. Their ability to nail every single food and drink recommendation impresses us every time! I have not been let down a single time, so I can comfortably say their entire food and drink menu is mouthwatering. (I highly recommend their Passion Fruit Tamarindo drink, tastes exactly like the Mexican Rellerindo candy, perfection.) Furthermore, we can’t forget to mention their ability to swiftly jump into action when tackling a million drink orders all while still maintaining impecable customer service. Just seeing how they do it all while making it seem so effortless makes me realize that their service skills are some of the best I’ve witnessed in the valley. We definitely like to eat out on the weekends so we’ve had many experiences in the RGV, but their lively attitudes make our experience at Mikhuna an enjoyable one EVERY. SINGLE. time. “Our server alex was very nice and fun. They described the food well and refilled my boyfriends water literally 5 times, cuz he was guzzling it. he didnt even have to ask. They checked back often and cleaned our table throughout. Glad they was our server. Plus the food is amazing. We got an appetizer sampler on happy hour, an angel roll, earth roll. And rice with beef and shrimp. Yummy and they brought all the sauces first so we could dig in as soon as the food arrived. We played a small game at the table that ran a bit after finishing our food and they didnt rush us out the door at all and even asked about it. Perfect date night.“
“This is by far my favorite sushi place to go to. Their California roll with crushed hot cheetohes. Oof! And their customer service is above and beyond. Like honestly I ordered from them today and their customer service was off the charts. Like I was in awe about it. Parking was a breeze, the restaurant gleamed with cleanliness, and the food tasted as fresh as can be. But what truly stole the show was our server, Maggie. Her impeccable customer service left us in awe. Not only did she meticulously wipe down our already spotless table, but she even sanitized the high chair for our son. As a parent who's always cautious, her attention to detail truly set a positive tone for our evening. The grilled squid and tempura shrimp were a delightful start, setting the bar high for the rest of the meal. I opted for the steak teriyaki, which my two-year-old son thoroughly enjoyed – a rare feat indeed! “Went in with some friends to get some dinner, it was not too crowded for a Saturday night, but I did notice that the wait time to even get our orders in was a bit long. I will say the workers did seem a bit stressed as though they were short staffed, so that is understandable. The food was great, we ordered some ramen with an earth roll on the side and it was delicious.“
“First time here as I was visiting, and it was pretty good. They have an all you can eat option. I ordered the spicy tuna roll, and it was delicious. They have good drinks as well. Wait staff was ok. They could have been more attentive as we were a big group, and the waiter missed some of us for our orders.“

“I really enjoyed this location. Had eaten at one in the mid-valley and wasn't too pleased, but this one was very delicious. Everything we ordered was super fresh. Our waiter was Hector, and he was very helpful in making our dining experience one to remember. Service was amazing. Had an opportunity to speak to the manager, and he also ensured our dining experience was a good one. Service was also fast, which helped us get out quickly to go on about our day. I only gave the atmosphere a 3 because I sat where the bar was and didn't really see the entire restaurant. Will definitely make this our new sushi spot ?“
“Restaurant was NOT a letdown. It was so beautiful inside and the service was amazing. We got the food to the table less than 5 minutes after ordering and couldn't even eat it because of how hot it was. All the meats were amazing and so delicious. Drinks were phenomenal and the pot stickers were amazing especially dipped in the broth. I got the medium flavor and it did give me the runny nose so watch out if you can't handle spice. Love this place will be returning!!“
